Screen printing process and screen printing technology

Printing is divided into four, flat printing, convex printing, concave printing, screen printing.
plane printing
The most common is printing paper. Convex printing and concave printing are simple, and seals are the two used. However, screen printing covers the widest range and can print most of the three substrates before printing. It is also the most common. Although everyone does not know much about it, you can look at the surrounding things, such as the letters on the keyboard, the words on the display, the patterns on the T-shirt, the pictures on the container, etc, it's all printed by screen printing.
Screen printing is referred to as screen printing for short, which means engraving a screen printing plate and then printing. PEEMBOSS refers to engraving a copper mold first. If the pattern is one color, pour the rubber material in and then come out. If it is multi-color, it is a little troublesome. Screen printing process: manuscript → base plate → screen plate → print plate → development → drying → printing → drying → finished product inspection → printed matter.
Screen printing is actually screen printing. Simple screen printing is to stretch a screen (very dense) on a frame, then apply photosensitive glue, then output the pictures and texts to be printed with sulfuric acid paper laser, put them under the screen and print them with exposure lamps (for a few minutes), finally use blisters, so that there is no photosensitive glue in the parts to be printed, while other parts that do not need printing still have photosensitive glue, that is, ink leakage and no ink leakage, blow-dry to start printing. This method is manual printing. If you master it well, you can print simple things, such as umbrellas, T-shirts, finished calendars, cylindrical containers, flat metal, etc.
Screen printing it is not limited by the size and shape of the substrate, it can be printed on different shapes of molded objects and concave and convex surfaces. The layout is soft and flexible, and it is a kind of printing with minimal pressure.
Screen printing ink thick, strong adhesion. The printing thickness can reach 30-100μm, the hiding power of the ink is particularly strong, and the three-dimensional effect of the printed picture and text is strong, which is incomparable to other printing methods (the thickness of the ink layer can also be controlled). Screen printing is suitable for various types of inks: it has strong adaptability and can adapt to any kind of coating for printing, such as oily, water-based, synthetic resin, powder and other inks can be used. Inks and coatings can be used as long as they can penetrate the mesh fineness of the screen. It can print monochrome, can also be set and screen color printing.
Its light resistance is strong: it can be a simple way to put light-resistant pigments, fluorescent pigments into the ink, so that the print of the picture and text to maintain permanent luster is not affected by temperature and sunlight, and can even glow at night. Plate making is convenient, the price is cheap, the printing method is flexible and diverse, and the technology is easy to master.
